Melbourne Airport also has a taxi booking kiosk near the Terminal 1 exit, where you choose your destination and vehicle type and lock in a fixed fare before you ride. The kiosk covers taxis across the A2B network, which includes Silver Service. Your ticket shows a unique code and designated bay, so head straight to the marked pick-up bay.
Brisbane airport transfers

Can I change or cancel my airport transfer?
Yes, you can change or cancel your Silver Service airport transfer, and there’s no cancellation fee. Change your pickup time or cancel altogether in the App or online, or call us on 133 100 at any hour. If you booked at the Melbourne Airport kiosk, simply take your ticket back there, where the code identifies your booking.
Can I request an airport transfer with a baby seat or a pet?
Yes, you can request a baby seat or bring your pet along.
In New South Wales, call our contact centre on 133 100 to request a Baby Seat Taxi, and we’ll match you with a car that has a seat fitted. Phone is the only way to add one, and availability isn’t guaranteed, as not every car carries a seat.
Travelling with a pet? Simply tell us when you request your ride, and we’ll send a pet-friendly taxi, so you both travel in comfort.

Is it worth booking an airport transfer?
